He made his career in SaaS enablement and enterprise onboarding, where he developed a strong foundation in training, compliance, and operational systems. Through his work supporting enterprise clients, Adam specialized in creating structured workflows that improve documentation quality, streamline processes, and drive long-term product adoption. At ComplianceCraft, he focuses on building practical, scalable software solutions that simplify complex compliance requirements and empower teams to operate more efficiently.
Daniel Betzer
Co-Founder & CTO
Daniel Betzer began his career in metal fabrication, advancing to project manager and gaining firsthand experience in operations and workflow management before transitioning into the software industry. There, he held progressive roles in training, content development, quality control, and product marketing for an automotive software company—leading training initiatives, improving product content, and creating internal courses and sales demonstrations. Daniel is passionate about developing tools that simplify complexity, strengthen accountability, and help teams perform at their best.
